CONSCIOUS COMBINING EXPLAINED: TO VITAMIN OR NOT TO VITAMIN?

Your small intestine sirs with its little villi at attention eagerly waiting to soak up and disperse all those delectable nutrients your body is processing.

When you take vitamins, they are nutrients in a predigested form, so when they hit the small intestine, it doesn't know what to do with them. Your body's processing job has been appropriated by man, and your small intestine is confused. It is your stomach's action that alerts your small intestine to the fact that nutrients are on the way. If your stomach has no work to do, your small intestine won't know any nutrients are coming. In other words, when predigested nutrients hit your small intestine, it hasn't been alerted, and it must stop and figure out what to do with them.

Each part of the body works in response to another part. So most unfortunately vitamins in pill form are just passed through without being used.

You should know that there are two kinds of vitamins—water soluble and fat soluble.
